Starting this process:
If you need accessibility accommodations in order to utilize my service, please reach out by email (lockstockandspoonies@gmail.com) using text, voice note, or video and let me know the best way to communicate with you further so we can work out a plan.
Fill out the Cleaning Related Client Questionnaire🔗and wait for my response. If you don’t hear back regarding your form within two weeks don’t fill out another form – email me at lockstockandspoonies@gmail.com with the phrase “Status update cleaning focused consultation” and I’ll let you know your status in the queue.
What happens next?
If you’re approved you’ll receive an email with all the information needed to continue to next steps. This will include my disclaimer form, and a checklist for you to go through in order to ensure the best chance of success in solving your problem.
Once those are done the rest of the process is straightforward:
- You’ll schedule your intake meeting and I’ll send you an invoice for the cost of that meeting ($15 per half-hour)
- Once you’ve paid your invoice, we’ll have our meeting.
- Post-intake meet, I’ll send you a quote (which includes cost and a maximum time-frame you would wait) for the service/solution I plan to provide.
- You’ll email me to state whether you agree to pay your quote and continue service, want to make adjustments, or want to discontinue service. If you want to make adjustments we’ll discuss by email until we either agree on a quote or you choose to discontinue service.
- If you choose to discontinue I’ll send a form to confirm. If not, we’ll move on to me working on your solution.
- Once I’ve completed the work you’ll receive an email from me to schedule your solutions meeting and an invoice.
- Once you’ve paid your invoice, we’ll have your solutions meeting to go over everything. You’ll be given access to any virtual assistant solutions I’ve created for you, and a written summary of any idea-based solutions for you to try.

- Think about the areas you wish to keep clean, and how long it takes for them to get cluttered and/or dirty to the point where you feel they need to be cleaned. Writing these time frames down is helpful.
- Think about whether or not you have help with the cleaning, and how often that is.
