Cancellation Policy:
Clients should refer to the refund policy below for information regarding cancellation related refunds
General service-termination policy:
Self-service-termination: Clients may terminate their service at any time and will be sent a form to verify cancellation.
- If cancelling before agreeing to the disclaimer🔗 – their information (which will not be given/sold to third parties) will be saved for up to 6 months – unless they state in an email or contact form they wish their information to be erased. If a request for erasure does not lead to a confirmation response within two weeks, clients should assume the request was not received and try again at the end of the two week period. Clients may request this information erasure at any point in the 6 month period.
- If cancelling after the appropriate disclaimer 🔗was agreed to – client information will be treated as referenced in the disclaimer.
Consultant-service-termination: Consultant reserves the right to terminate service at any time at their discretion. Individual circumstances may be considered. Specific reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Failure to pay their invoice leading to more than 5 automatic cancellations/rescheduling of meetings
- More than 5 client-cancelled/rescheduled meetings
- Violations of the client conduct policy
- Client requests solutions for only problems they did not disclose in their intake form, which are not covered by this consulting service or which the consultant feels they cannot assist with.
Meeting cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule. Cancelations may delay the delivery of services/products. ⚠️Meetings will be automatically canceled if invoices have not been fully paid at least 30 min prior to scheduled meeting time.⚠️
Clients who miss a meeting more than 5 times may incur additional fees in order to continue service or non-refundable discontinuation of service (individual circumstances may be considered).
Refund Policy:
Clients who self-service-terminate are not eligible for a refund if payment has already been distributed. Clients are invoiced per portion of service and if service is self-terminated will not be charged for the remaining service. For example, if a client pays for their intake meeting and chooses to terminate service rather than reaching out to reschedule before the solutions meeting, a refund will not be issued.
Clients whose service was consultant-terminated will not be eligible for a refund (barring unusual instances in which the consultant feels a refund would be most appropriate) except in the following circumstances:
- Service was terminated due to consultant inability to continue the consulting practice indefinitely
- Service was not fulfilled (post-payment of that specific portion of service) for an amount of time longer than two months which is not due to scheduling other clients who requested a service before said client or client self-cancellation/rescheduling.
Client Conduct Policy:
Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and legal manner. Threats, sexual advances, sexually explicit words or behaviors, harassment/bullying, or disrespectful business conduct will not be tolerated. Suspected illegal activities or evidence of illegal activities will be grounds for immediate termination of service.
